What we collect
When you book a meeting through this site, we collect your name, email address, the time slot you choose, your time zone, and any answers you provide to custom questions on the booking form. We also store the resulting calendar event details (title, time, attendees, meet link).
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose only, to schedule and run the meeting you requested, and to send confirmation, reschedule, and cancellation links. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the calendar and video providers we use to actually run the meeting.
Where it lives
Your booking is stored in our database (MongoDB Atlas) and added to the host's Google Calendar through Composio, the integration provider that handles the calendar connection. When the booking includes a Google Meet link, that link is generated by Google.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are essential for booking pages to function (no advertising or third-party tracking is loaded by default). You can review and adjust optional cookie categories at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Your choices
You can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time using the link in your confirmation email. To request deletion of your booking record from our database, or to ask any other privacy question, email [email protected].
